All players shall be formed in 6 Teams by Organisers . 3 league matches shall be played on 23rd & 1st half of 24th January. 3 wining Teams shall go to Semi finals. 4th Semi finalist team shall be decided from best of 3 loosing team. Winner of Semi finals shall then play FINAL for 3rd Nagar Cricket Cup 2009.

Basic Cricketing Gear / kit shall be provided by Organisers. Though it is highly recommended for players to bring their own Cricketing gears.
White dress along with sports shoes are mandatory for players.
Utmost safety precautions shall be taken by Organiser during tournament , but ALL players and Guests are responsible for their own safety. Organiser shall not bear ANY responsibility for Any injury, damage, loss caused to any players, guest or to their belongings.
Accommodation arrangements for visiting players & their families / guests ( coming from outside Vadodara ) has been done at “Dada Bhagwan Guest house” on Dabhoi Road.
Approx Traveling time is 40-45 minutes between official accommodation & Stadium.
Suitable Traveling arrangements from Accommodation place to Stadium shall be provided by Organiser.
Break fast / Tea / Lunch / Dinner arrangements are done at respective places.

Charges for Players for 3rd NCC @ Vadodara:
No Entry Fee for eligible players. However ALL players are requested to Register their names to respective Nominated Officials from their city, fill registration form & give Rs 500/- as REFUNDABLE deposit .
This Rs 500/- which is REFUNDABLE deposit , shall be returned to all players on 25th January 2009. If any player drops out after registration, this deposit shall not be refunded.
Final date of Registration is 12th January 2009.
Approximate living cost ( Accommodation + Food + Traveling ) per player is Rs 900-1000 per tournament.
Voluntary Contributions are welcomed from players for long term sustainability of tournament.
Charges for Visiting / local Guests for 3rd NCC @ Vadodara :
For visiting guests ( coming from outside Vadodara ) , one time charge of Rs 900/- ( Rs Nine Hundred Only ) shall be applicable for FULL tournament. This package includes ; Accommodation from 22nd January 2009 Evening ( Check in time : 6 pm onward ) till 25th January 2009 ( Check out 12 in afternoon ) , Transportation to & fro between Stadium & Official Accommodation, Cultural program on 24th January evening , All meals .
Children below 6 years shall be free. Though No food coupon shall be given for same.
