Pre Tournament Release:

Date: 21st, 22nd & 23rd January 2011
Venue: Madhavarao Sindhya Cricket Ground, Race course, Rajkot Gujarat.

Eligibilty:

1. Any Nagar Bandhu, above 16 years of age;
2. Son/s of Nagar Mother or Father married outside Nagar community;  
3. Husband / fiance of Nagar Girls, from Non Nagar community are most welcome.    

Last date for Registration of player: 31st December 2010 (click here for online registration)

After filling the Registration form, Please pay the charges to the local Designated NCC Representative before due date. Failing which Registration would can cancelled.

Accomodation/Transportation/Food arrangements:

1. Accommodation arrangement for visiting players & their families / guests (coming from outside Rajkot) has been done at” Hotel Samrat International”.
2. Accommodation to outstation guests shall be given on first come first serve basis, subject to availability.
3. Approximately travelling time is 10-15 minutes between official accommodation & Stadium.
4. Break fast / Tea / Lunch / Dinner arrangements shall be provided.    

Charges (for players): Rs. 1000, per player this includes:

1. 250/- one time registration charges.
2. Accommodation for outstation players for 3 days.
3. Food charges for 3 days.
4. Entry to cultural program.

Charges (for guests):

Option 1: Rs. 2000, per person, this includes:

1. Accommodation for 3 days.
2. Food charges including, morning breakfast, lunch, snacks on ground and dinner, for 3 days
3. Entry to cultural program.

Option 2: Guest can also have their own accommodation arrangement & can buy food coupons from the venue.

Entry to cultural program is free of cost.

2. Date: 22nd January 2011.
3. Time: 8.30 p.m. onwards.
