Venue : Motera Cricket ground ( Two grounds ) , Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Format : T-16 . Two groups. League matches + Qualifiers & Elimation Match + Final
Eligibility :
Any Nagar bandhu, preferably above 16 years of age. But if there is promising player with good track record who is below 16 years , can also be included.
Son/s of Nagar Mother or Father married outside Nagar Community
Husband / fiancÈ of Nagar girls, from Non Nagar Community are most welcome

After filling the registration form, please pay the charges to local designated NCC representative before due date , failing which registration shall get cancelled.

Registration charges ( for players ) :
From this year onwards, due to ever increasing cost of hosting such big event, we have taken liberty of making some changes in Tournament program.
1) This year due to very expensive ground fees & other increased cost, we are forced to increase registration charges per player.
2) Hotel accommodation is kept Optional this time. Hotel Nilkanth Inn at Paldi is organized ( Bhavnagar / Rajkot / Junagadh - Rajdhani / Eagle Bus Starting Point ).
3) Dinner on 22nd, 23rd and 24th December 2011 shall not be provided as standard and all players shall have to make their own arrangment for dinner.
4) There shall be Get together on 24th December 2011 at ahmedabad, whose details shall be informed later.
We all wish to have this tournament annually and you ALL are requested to kindly support us in our endeavor to make this tournament a Great success !
A.1) Charges ( for players ) : Rs 1,500/- , this includes :
1-Entry to Tournament
2-Food charges ( Break Fast – Lunch – Snacks + Tea / Coffee ) on ground for 3 days
3-To & Fro Transportation in Bus from Paldi from Hotel Neelkanth Inn to Ground and back.
4-Entry to Official Get together on 24th December 2011.
5-NCC T-shirt & Cap
A.2) Optional : With Hotel accommodation : The EXTRA charges per player / guest is Rs 1,000/- for 3 nights, in AC room on Triple occupancy basis. This would include Morning Bed Tea.
Hotel accommodation shall be provided at Hotel Nilkanth Inn, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Check in 22nd December 2011, 12 noon and check out 25th December 2011 , 12 noon.
B.1) Charges ( for Guests ) : Rs 1,500/- , this includes :
1-Hotel accommodation ( With Morning Tea ) for 3 nights in AC room on triple occupancy basis.
2-To & Fro Transportation in Bus from Paldi to Ground and back.
3-Entry to Official Get together on 24th December 2011.
4-NCC Cap
Note : Lunch / Breakfast / Snacks / Tea / Coffee cost would be charge EXTRA . Guests needs to purchase Coupon available at Ground for each of the above requirement .
